He's the weekend radio personality whose "come here" catch phrase has made him a hit with fans around the world.
And Roy Gray knows former publicist Kathy Hanson is able to hit the ball.
"Look, there are times when Kathy is so tied up talking with big name celebrities and other powerful people on my behalf that I almost have to make an appointment to get an update," said Gray.
"Fortunately, Kathy plays tennis and I know I can get full updates about our projects across the net," explained Gray, adding, "Kathy is never late for tennis!"
For years Gray has resisted using an agent. Gray says Hanson was chosen because she believes in his uniqueness and, since Hanson is a new agent, Gray is at the top of her list.
Gray says, outside of his carefully selected charity work as spokesperson for great organizations like Charity Music Incorporated, gone are the days when he would he be ok with payments like, "I'll give you forty five bucks and all the steak you can eat!"
Roy Gray is an independent voice-over artist. When you are watching an awards show and hear an announcement by someone you can't see, you are listening to a voice-over artist. Same goes for movies, commercials, news--even the high quality recorded announcements you hear when you contact a business by phone.
