Cant install Zeal [Ubuntu 12.04 32Bit]

Cant install Zeal [Ubuntu 12.04 32Bit]

added two repositories in synaptic Settings>Preferences.
After pressing reload packages zeal is shown while searched
installation failed from synaptic GUI.
Tried from terminal , got following error
